Layne Hates My Posts.

So, therefore, this is for you, Layne.

New year. New People. New Leg Pain.

First lesson kicked off on Monday night. I have to love Karen for putting me on the love of my life. I don't think I have ever sweat and died so much in a lesson in my whole life. Especially on a horse that's a complete couch. I am now in the weirdest pain of my life. You think, that since I've been riding since I was...hmmm... EIGHT? that my legs would kind of be cool with this now. SITTING IN A CHAIR HURTS. So here I lay, in my bed, with my legs spread apart to stretch this crap out. That sounds appealing.
Second, TWENTY new team members. You heard me, TWENTY. I'm pretty sure the whole freshman class just joined our team. And I get to meet them all tonight. Team social on Thursday <3.
Next lesson is on Friday, at Noon. I'll try and take pics.

Forget to inform about the new pup. Adopted on August 17. Vet calls her a yorkieshuh (Yorkie+ Shih Tzu), Mom calls her an ewok (star wars character), and i call her a gremlin. Whatever she is, adorable. She needs some basic training, but is very well tempered with our rottweiler who is 4x her size. If anyone knows how to get this little girl to stop stealing random articles (socks, paper, pencils, etc.) and hiding them in or under her bed please let me know :)

Stress.

As excited as I am to be back in Athens, comes a whole new realm of a stressful life. I have no money, and with horses and college, money is needed. I just don't know how some people do it. I am trying to be healthy, to save money, and to make the grades. Praying this is all ok. Praying my life works out. I'll be on horses soon and making tons of adventures. <3
